Al Namroush Hopes For Expanding Military Cooperation With UK

Tripoli, 1 February 2021(Lana) GNA Defence Minister Salahu Eddin Al Namroush Has Expressed Hope That The UK Expand Military Cooperation Particularly One Related To Training Of Special Forces And Terrorism Fighting Forces, As Well As Support For Military Medicine And Equipment.

This came at a meeting Al Namroush held with the UK Ambassador to Libya Nicholas Hopton who was accompanied by the Military Attaché Col. Mark Pavin.

THE British Ambassador praised the role of military and security institutions in the upkeeping of security and stability across the country.

The meeting focused on security situation in Libya and developments locally and internationally.
